This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of Use that can be accessed by clicking the Terms of Use link at the bottom of the home page, constitute a legally binding agreement between The Mt Calvary Cemetery Association d/b/a Mt Calvary Cemetery and its affiliates, including without limitation The Diocese of Steubenville  (collectively, “Mt Calvary Cemetery”) and you.
